Who we are

Nordia Invest is a pan-European investment company with substantial capital resources. We invest directly in companies in restructuring situations, company or site closures and bankruptcy cases.

We acquire complete machinery and provide the funds required to carry out the necessary measures at short notice. We also arrange short-term financing for continuation solutions through our cooperation partners. Another field of business is the purchase of commercial real estate.

The focus is usually on the classic manufacturing capital goods sector in a wide variety of applications, such as the entire spectrum of sheet metal and metal processing, plastic and wood processing, as well as selected other segments, which are to be considered in each individual case.
